As with any kitchen tool you use, your cookware set can help cooking be a pleasant experience, or it can make cooking a dreaded experience. I like heavy cookware, like enameled cast iron. Some like lightweight aluminum. Kitchen cookware sets aren’t cheap and you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on something you may not like. Buy one piece. Buy the piece of cookware you use the most. See if you like it before you buy an entire kitchen cookware set.
